Member Contact Specialist
Job Summary:
To function as team member to assist members, staff, and third parties with incoming telephone calls to the Credit Union.
Salary: $19.50/Hour
Location: 3301 E. Global Loop Road

Daily Responsibilities:
• Prompt and effective assistance to members calling into the credit union.
• Meet established call volume goals.
• Perform required identification verification for existing members.
• Identify appropriate problem/question resolutions.
• Effective referral of callers to appropriate departments for additional assistance as needed.
• Perform accurate updates to member address and contact information as directed.
• Perform accurate transactions and file maintenance on member loans and accounts as needed.
• Identify cross sell opportunities for credit union products and services that may benefit members.
• Prompt and effective review and resolution of 24/7 after hours escalation calls and messages.
• Assist in picking up daily mail/correspondence and distribution for the credit union.
