Hughes Federal Credit Union Earns a Top Ranking in Forbes' 2024 Best-In-State Credit Unions List
Forbes released its list of America's Best Banks and Credit Unions in 2024. They partnered with Statista, the nationwide market research firm, to determine the top local banks and credit unions. This year, they surveyed about 26,000 U.S. residents who were asked to name the banks and credit unions where they currently have an account and those they're aware of through friends and family.
The participants were asked whether they would recommend the institutions and rate them on several factors, including digital options, trust, fees, customer service, and financial advice. Statista also used online reviews and ratings between February 2021 and March 2024 in their rankings. The survey responses and online research were incorporated into the scoring process.
