Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:

Directs the daily operations of all human resources and personnel activities for a multi-billion-dollar credit union as a Human Resources Generalist.  Oversee recruiting, hiring, and staffing functions.  Ensure attendance records and payroll functions are accurate.  Assist branch/department managers and executives in staff-related matters.  Ensure credit union complies with all applicable procedures, policies, laws, and regulations associated with human resources and personnel. Periodic review of salary, compensation, and benefits.  Advise and administer disciplinary actions as needed.  Oversee and validate annual staffing and compensation budgets.  Maintain and periodic review of job descriptions.  Advise and administer FMLA, Workers’ Comp and ADA requests. Review and provide feedback on employee performance reviews.   
 

Salary: $99,000 - 125,000 Annually DOE

Location: 971 W Wetmore Rd

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruiting, hiring and staffing functions

Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum five years of similar or related experience
  • Equivalent to a college degree.
  • High level of understanding of Human Resources as a Generalist
