Facilities Coordinator
Job Summary:
To function as team member to assist staff with general aspects of facilities and supply management for the credit union.
Salary: $20.50 - $27.00 Per Hour/DOE
Location: 971 W Wetmore Rd

Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist Facilities Manager with maintaining credit union facilities in proper condition.
- Assist with procuring, inventorying, and delivery of office supplies to branches and departments.
- Assist in monitoring routine maintenance and performing periodic inspections of facilities.
- Work with third-party vendors and contractors associated with facilities and supplies.
- Track and monitor facilities related projects.
- Utilize third-party software to track and monitor facilities and supplies related activities.
- Assist in coordinating vendor and services at all physical locations.
- Assist in locating, acquiring and deployment of parts, supplies, and materials.
- Assist in reviewing invoices, bids, and estimates associated with facilities activities.
- Assist in evaluating vendor/contractor third-party performance and reliability.
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of six months of similar or related experience.
- Equivalent to a high school education.
