Members can now easily change their existing Credit Card PIN. Just follow these quick steps:
Call to Change Your PIN:

Verify Your Identity:
- Call from the phone number linked to your account.
- Enter your 16 digit credit card number.
- Enter the 2 digit birth month and 2 digit birth year for the Primary Cardholder (MMYY).
Confirm Card Details:
- Enter the 4 digit expiration date (MMYY).
- Enter 3 digit CVV.
- Enter last 4 digits of Primary Cardholder's SSN.
Set Your New PIN:
- Follow the prompts to enter and confirm your new PIN.
NOTE: The process will end if your phone number, SSN, or card details do not match our records. A PIN can only be changed once in a 24-hour period.

Penalty pricing will apply if we do not receive the required minimum monthly payment by the payment due date for two (2) consecutive months.
