When applying for a loan or account, our Credit Union may require documents that contain personal or sensitive information. Members are not required to bring them in person but can submit them electronically for a faster and more convenient experience. Here’s how to safely submit your documents electronically:

• Secure Message Center – Our portal allows a safe communication between the member and our Credit Union and offers the option to safely upload forms. You must first register your account and set up a password in order to log in. You can feel safe knowing that your tax information, medical history and mortgage details are being handled in a secure manner.
• Loan Status Portal – To check the status of an application, upload documents directly into a loan application or to send comments or questions about the loan visit our Loan Status Portal.

As a last resort, you can also fax your documents at 520-696-4260. Generally, faxing is safer than regular unencrypted email.
